Spurrier beat Florida at home and never got booed.

Can’t imagine anyone would boo BillyD.

That said I’d be shocked if he wanted the microscope of UK basketball at this point.

While UK would still have immense recruiting advantages, with NIL, players today have far less loyalty to a school or coach. I doubt Billy would want to be re-recruiting the players on his current roster, while recruiting both high school and portal prospects year-round.

Think I did the same thing as you, which was after reading that post, checked the NBA standings to see who's in the playoffs, etc. I didn't even know the playoffs were fixin' to start. Also didn't know that the Twolves are first in the west. And the Warriors a 10seed? o_O

yes there's a possibility that Lebron, Steph and KD will all be in the play-in games...

I tend to think he's a douche. His sideline antics are a bit much for me.

I am going to go with either Drew or Miller. I don't think Pearl will leave Auburn and Sampson is too old.

I think it’s Drew. Barnhart has always been a big fan and Drew has the perfect brown nosing disposition to tolerate the big blue boosters.

He might not move the needle the way Oats or Hurley would, but the guy is a great coach. He turned a moribund Baylor program, literally coming off murder drama, into a perennial contender.

I agree with this; while BD sitting in a recruits living room would be like Nick Saban sitting in a recruits home; he would get near anyone he coveted. But, after being in the NBA for however long, I’d put his desire to get back into college basketball at 0%. He accomplished all he needed to do at that level - thank goodness we were recipients of his greatness!!
    But, what do I know?
