There were about 50 plus fouls called today between the 2 teams-to me, that's the refs controlling the flow of the game-it really isn't fair to either team

 

I don’t think we should blame the guy for doing everything he could to contest the shot.

 

There was one in there when we cut the lead down to 6 and finally had them inside 5 seconds on the shot clock and they called an away from ball foul on Condon against their big man. That dude was banging all game, to call that was just another momentum bust for us. The block was also clean when he fouled out. Not sure what the ref saw there.

Yep. We need to become that hard-nosed defensive team in the off-season

 

Most teams shoot 100 free throws to our 8 to 10.
Clearly shows we can't play defense. We have height, cant stay in front of the man with the ball tho

 

Turns out the SEC was actually a big pile of poo this year.

 

Key was early soft fouls on Samuel and Clayton that kept them on the bench. Almost as if orchestrated.

D was bad, but if we breathed on them, a foul was called.

 

That's a different conversation than the post you replied to, which was me saying the game wasn't over when many people had given up. Glad our guys didn't give up too. I hate the loss, but I'm proud of our guys fighting without Micah. Nothing to be ashamed about. Colorado played a great game and hit their FTs and 3's. I believe the refs were terrible, but that's subjective.

 

It's amazing, every game we played no matter who or where the refs were against us.

Play defense so you don't take lazy fouls. Do most of you actually watch and play basketball??

 

Refs were horrible, but we got to the line every time we drove with under 2 minutes left. This game was lost the same reason we lost most other games, not enough stops.

 

Yeah I will give them credit along with their "friendly" refs lol lol Maybe if they went to the FT line half as much-that's less 13 points for them

Hey mods take down any negative post about this team. This team played with heart and hustle and gave it everything they had. Very proud of this team throughout the year. No Gator fan should be questioning this or that. We had a great run, hopefully improve on it next year. GO GATORS!
