I know this is off-topic, but Anstro, have you moved and changed careers? I seem to recall you being a chef in St Augustine.

It's TN so not surprised. The legislature also seems to be following the Fla model on school vouchers.

Relatedly, I have family that recently moved to Knoxville and were very surprised by the # of homeless there, esp downtown and on the east side of town. The recent snow storm that shut down much of Knox must have been hell for the homeless and those that try to help them.

Ever stay downtown in Gainesville and go for a run? You have to hurdle the homeless there. They would probably be better off in a shelter getting healthcare and mental care though. I do support a publicly funded option for the homeless. But sure. Maybe just pass a law that says it’s illegal to be homeless.
