I don't follow FSU much but I suspect such heavy dependence on the Portal can have negative / reverse consequences.
My impression is that FSU will fall back to the pack a good bit this year. We shall see.

I think they benefited greatly by having a QB in his 6th year. Experience pays.

They also benefited from playing an ACC schedule. Same as this coming year.

He doesn't possess burner speed, as he was just running upper 11 second times in Track last year in the 100. Has a brother that played at Pitt and the NFL also as a WR, his HS QB has already committed to FSU. With Saban no longer in the picture at Alabama, I wouldn''t be at all surprised to see him end up there. His high player rating is largely due to measureables and his ability to run great routes......

Depends on what the Gator staff is ultimately priortizing for the WR position, I know down here in SWFL there are number of WR's that will be seniors next year, while not being the taller than 6 foot..pushing 200 lbs type WR, that were running the 100 in the low 10's....in fact very similar to Abrams in size but faster.

At this moment in time, a new WR coach is about the fourth or fifth most urgent item on the "we really need list" - at the most.
