No one did say you were, less? do you do constructive critiques?..not sure why people continue to say that ...I don't think everything is perfect and I know some improvements are needed ..however...
I have read lot of harsh destructive posts..not very constructive at all, name calling, ridiculous stuff..almost childish..piling on to a ridiculousness

Did you read the article? The day before he was talking about how great the communication was during the whole recruitment. This was a signing day interview 24 hours earlier.

 

That absolutely would have been the best way to handle it, but I believe Earnest reacted as father, as one myself we don’t always wait to get clarification, we often react at an emotional level.
It’s unfortunate but someone dropped the ball, since this now in the open we’ll just have to determine who it was, or hope it blows over… like it or not it’s at least a bad look, for a program that doesn’t need it right now, and it didn’t need to be that way.
For the record, right now I believe Napier was as caught off guard as anyone just based on his signing day press conference. I certainly can’t say that with any assurance, but he sure didn’t act or talk like he knew it was going on. We’ll see, but it’s too early to assign blame.
The head coach does always bear the ultimate responsibility, but he was trying to hold a class together. To me the only question is did Billy know before Myles and Earnest did and if so how long.

 

According to the tweets above..BN found out the same time everyone else did...that A and M leaked the info before BN knew..supposedly Bateman last night was saying how excited he was to coach the incoming LBs...

 

ATM offered Bateman 2 weeks ago he turned them down and let everyone know. They called yesterday morning and offered more. He accepted. They announced. People surprised. Parent overreacted. Adults go back to work.

 

Earnest Graham is 100% true orange and blue Gator. Anyone who wants to call him something else is trying to gloss over someone on the inside who has understanding of what is happening on staff. You may not like what he said and who knows maybe Earnest will post something of a retraction but this is concerning. Earnest certainly isnt trying to destroy a program he bled and sweat for and guided his son to attend for god sake.

 

Haven't seen 1 post that says Ernest Graham isn't 100% Orange and Blue Gator or that he is trying to harm the program..just that perhaps this could have been handled a little differently

I wouldn’t disrespect him by questioning his love of uf. I question the maturity of anyone who posts personal stuff on social media. Meaning I question the maturity of almost everyone breathing.

Don't air grievances or dirty laundry in public. Keep it in house. Every successful athlete knows this.

 

Read this very slowly, Napier didn’t know before aTm leaked the news. He found out at the same time as everyone else did.

This "leak" was not by accident. Completely intentional to add further disruptions and complications to our program. Sort of easy to pick on the team that seemingly has a PR crisis on their hands. Warranted or not the public persona of the program is dicey. Hugh Freeze, Mario C, and now Elko have all capitalized on the trend this cycle.

 

Yep, only way to stop it is to win. Patience is great but numbers speak. Let’s go out there 81/2 months from now and beat Miami at home and flip the script. Billy and the guys just need a little mo. Funny what a win against Miami will do for us.

Thus is all a big to do about nothing. It leaked about the job offer to Bateman before Napier knew or could react.
