Seems like everyone at Clemson thinks they are a Florida Gators expert from this.

 

If he makes it to the staff, I am really curious as to what his duty is. I will be shocked to see BN give up play calling completely, and also would be shocked is Sale leaves or is stripped of the OC title. My guess is Korn comes in as Co-OC and QB coach. And will either share play calling with BN or will take it over. Also would push us over 10 coaches on the field. So he may end up in the booth, unless we do not retain both OL coaches

 

It’s basically all over Facebook that he’s a Gator.

 

There was a post on the fb group yesterday or the day before but it was just a bland repost from X. I'm not on fb.

Is there any new or substantive info?

If this does happen, I assume we won't hear about it until an offensive coaching position is opened publically. I presume that will be one or both of our OL coaches being let go.

 

If I'm Napier, I'm more worried about keeping my job than my ego. He needs to focus on managing the overall team as opposed to managing the team and running the offense. I think it takes a really special coach to do both. He's a good coach but I don't think Napier is special.

Honestly, I doubt it's his choice. IF it happens, I suspect that the decision was made for him.

 

I doubt makeup of the staff is being dictated by anyone other than the HC.
