    Use nil money to poach portal players from bowl teams
    Add Tarquin and 1 more o lineman
    1 stud d lineman and linebacker
    Pull out the pocketbook and steal the best from like oh st, Penn st, mi st, usc Oregon etc
    Get an oc and bring in a 70 year old former bad ass def coordinator as off field analyst to mentor our young DC and then go 11-1 and like that all fixed up

    Great city. Check out Cadenheads on the Royal Mile. They’ll educate you and find whatever your taste prefers. They are great.
