Lauren Harden (2024 Gator Volleyball commit) named MaxPreps National Player of the Year. 2024 Gator Volleyball will be really special.
Two more signed after that article, back court: Ella Vogel L/DS Bella Lee L/DS Both are outstanding players. According to one of the rankings sites, UF has the #1 and #7 players in the nation, Harden OH and Rothe MB/OH. The MB out of Texas is extremely athletic according to a Gators fan who has seen her play in person. Taylor Parks S will be a high upgrade for a player who will be behind Stucky for a couple of years. Parks and Lee are close friends on the volleyball circuit. Ella Vogel's film looks terrific. Both Vogel and Lee can impact games from L and DS. If there is a better 2024 recruiting class in the nation, I'd like for someone to show it. Combining the 2024 class of 6 with what UF has coming back, UF 2024 will be a special team. The 2024 Gators have the potential to deliver UF's first national championship so long as Stucky and Hutson comeback at 100% healthy. I see no reason why coming back healthy will be a problem for either player.
Thayer Hall was player of the year in 2017. Getting number one in two of the last seven years is great recruiting. Hats off to Mary.
