The men's tennis team inked three players last week. Two of them will be eligible in January and will compete on the team this spring. One will begin his Gator career in the fall of 2024. There is still a chance the Gators will add one more player. The most important signee is Keith Edengren who achieved a career high ITF world junior ranking of 20 before he stopped playing junior tournaments this season. The second is Henry Jefferson from England who trained at Great Britain's premier national academy. He played junior Wimbledon this past summer and is ranked 8th in the 18 and under division. The third recruit is Francisco Cordova, and he hails from Katy, Texas. Francisco has gained a lot of leverage this season playing out of the Tennis Connection Academy in Houston.
UF adds a fourth signee in the class. The 3rd to join the team this Spring semester. Side note, he decommits from an Ivy League school to join the Harvard of the South
Fantastic news for the Gators' men's tennis team! Keith Edengren, Henry Jefferson, and Francisco Cordova bring impressive skills.
