Napier has to call him. Hire an elite OL coach like Pittman and he can prob continue to be the OC. Then that opens up another coaching position available

There’s your oline guy. There’s also a cruise with Arkansas and A&M. They are very serious about their football and are not going to wait around.

Absolutely. And he could actually land a GOOD starter out of the portal.
I’m not even upset with our offense outside the o line. Shore that up for Mertz 2nd season and the Lagway era

Pittman will either take another HBC job somewhere else or will be the OL coach at A&M.
Should have fired him before he beat us. His defeat of us added $5 million to his buyout.

Well, we tried to save his job. Maybe we can give him a new one.

Interesting, one of our Juco OL transfers ( Herman) we recently brought here is transferring. Guess not a great eval.

Pittman will retire, imho, and eat high on the hog for the rest of his trips around the sun.

Arky and Ole Miss must be after the same guy(s) to be announcing the same day.

Napier is not firing two OL coaches he has experience with and hiring one he doesn’t have a working relationship with.

But that's the brilliance of it! We purposely dropped the Arkansas game as a form of signing bonus, a $5-million bonus we didn't have to pay, to hire him here as our OL coach at a very reasonable annual salary.

Wow, if I am not mistaken, Gus Malzahn is an Arkansas guy. That would be a great fit in my opinion. He would definitely bring Arkansas back to being competitive again.

I also heard Jimbo Fisher was let go today. Let the coaching carousel begin.

A&M doesn't have a coach to hire him?

Then he's not feeling enough pressure and is totally unaware of just how little patience our fans will have in 13 months.

Can anyone survive 3 straight years with a losing record? He should be in full panic mode and do anything possible to improve our team immediately.
