    How is that voter suppression? It seems to me that it's more incompetence that those districts didn't account for the number of registered voters. This is the issue that I've been pointing to for about 20 years. All this talk about day-of registration and freedom to do whatever leads to this. The only way a precinct can run out of ballots is they allowed unregistered voters to walk in and vote. It's simple math here, you have up front the number of ballots + 10% of the registered voters in that precinct. Those rolls are available 7 days before the voting with all of the ballots. So the only way they ran out of ballots is more than those registered voters showed up. Too late, it's why we have registrations, get with the program since they are all supposed to be adults. Can't follow the rules that have been established for 100 years, you don't get to vote.

    Have you ever heard of this kind of thing happening in some lily white suburb? No, it's always heavily minority, urban districts.
