you don’t understand it because it was idiotic and a colossal mistake. It wasn’t planned/intentional. Circus on the sideline and someone led them out when they weren’t supposed to go out.

I’m going to give him the opportunity to prove something to me this off-season. Staff changes. Who he hires as OC (if he does), who he replaces on staff (OL) and how the recruiting class shakes out.

Well we dropped among public schools in US News rankings, so maybe we'll get better at football now.

 

UF have always prioritized academics. There has always been a large gap between the education in Tuscaloosa and Gainesville. This isn’t new. A few football players are not going to bring down the aggregate enough for it to matter. How else would academics hinder the football program we just built a new training facility for?

 

What are we gonna do then ?

 

Haven't bothered reading any posts before so apologies for repeats. Poor game management, again. Poor use of timeouts, again. Reading various sportswriters;
"underutilized weapons", "play calling still baffling", 'settling for field goals" is a recurring theme. Don't know what else to say. But I wonder, what percentage of those in the stadium and those Gator fans watching on TV, were certain that the game was over when UF was forced to kick a FG in OT on their first possession. BN should have been one of them and called plays in the OT accordingly.

Yup. i think all will agree that our play on the field has regressed overall as the season has gone on. So how does a difference in talent level change that.

 

Sounds like a need for a Special Teams coach!

 

Someone needs to let Michigan, Texas and UCLA know their football programs are supposed to be shittier.

 

Do you really think our players are academically on the same level as a student at UF .. That academic argument is a non starter . It mean nothing. These are not college students. They are professional athletes disguised as a “Student - Athlete “

 

Or a head coach who is concentrating on stuff like that because he isn't calling the plays.
