Is it possible that the refs had access to an angle that we didn't see on TV? It was certainly very close, but our angles were inconclusive. Maybe a view right down the line showed that it was short?

 

That's because Smart told the ref there's a Vette in the parking lot with his name on it.

Thats a bad playcall, but there was absultely nothing conclusive to overturn that spot and then to take it back a whole yard was mind numbing. They had an entire commercial break to review that and completely crapped the bed.

Yep. Just Practice and execute. These little league trick plays are stupid.

 

That was a creative play - how those linebackers and safeties covered that was just sick. QB sneak would have got us first down even with that criminal spot.
