Get the feeling it won't take that long. If the culture has changed (and every indication shows it has) the recruiting should take care of itself. Real optimistic about our new staff! Go Gators!
NCAA investigates Michigan for alleged in-person scouting; Michigan State notified ahead of Week 8 game
huh.. Michigan's Jim Harbaugh denies knowledge of alleged sign stealing, vows to cooperate with NCAA investigation
Not like he's lied to the NCAA before... If this were the 80's-90's he would be blackballed for life by now.
I would go with the latter. If khaki pants gets them again this year, look out. The Bucknuts are a bitter bunch.
Michigan fans are just as bad, one half title in 75 years yet they act like they invented everything to do with college football.
So what does this mean? A team is not allowed to send a scout to watch a game of a future opponent in person? That would be the only violation. Cracking signals in game is part of the game. I would hope there is an analyst watching and looking for tendencies in relation to signals and relaying that to the staff.
As NCAA investigates Michigan, helmet communication technology may soon make sign stealing issue of past
Michigan suspends analyst Connor Stalions as NCAA continues investigation into sign stealing allegations
I don't spend much time here as I am a basketball and baseball fan, but comparing success in the Big Ten and the SEC in football is just stupid. It is MUCH harder to succeed in the SEC as compared to being Michigan or Ohio State in the Big Ten. And even if you do well in the Big Ten odds are you will get killed by an SEC team in the postseason. Doesn't everyone remember a certain Big Ten quarterback ESPN analyst saying that Michigan and Ohio State should be playing for the Natty? Didn't Florida kick ass to win it?
Michigan doesn’t play a team with a pulse until mid November. Gators would be 10-2 with a Michigan schedule. Harbaugh key to success = don’t play anyone decent non conference.
