This idea that the boosters are coming to put their foot down and take over has been funny for 20 years now.

Not the way it works at Florida, hasn't been since they overruled Arnsparger who wanted to hire Archer instead of Spurrier.

On a similar note...It's easy for fans to say, "just be patient". But the amount of money that gets pumped into the school and community when you are winning is not the same when you are not. Donors donate less, people attend less games.....it matters, the product on the field matters. If we are competitive, that's a different story. But crap like we saw on Saturday, nobody is opening up their checkbooks for that. You can't just say wait for the final product in 4 years...you have to give the people who are spending money some hope, show some progress. If we are being honest, we are not seeing that progress.

I was just simply asking Bobby cause I know he’s follows recruiting. Was it UK recruited better line talent or developing better line talent. I have no clue.

I know offensive linemen are typically a developmental position and there are few top talent to choose from and the bigger programs usually get them.

Can BN recruit 3 stars and eventually develop them into studs (OCyrus) gives an indication he can but that’s going to lean towards a slower rebuild vs bringing in high caliber talent that need less development and create a quicker rebuild.

they are around the same as us, a little better. This is their starting OL. Basically in a sense, “worse” than us recruiting wise when you go by stars

Id say ud have to go back to Doug dickeys 2nd year to find a coach look this bad in year 2. Charley Pells second season, we won 8 games and he had a total rebuild with no transfer portal and far worse support/ facilities.

I was a freshman in 1963. I remember the first time we made the top 25. It was a cause for celebration.

here’s another thing that’s concerning….Austin Armstrong not making adjustments. When he was hired he said all of this….

yet we saw none of that yesterday. We basically stayed in a 4-2-5

LOL! Since 2000, we've had seven different head coaches. Care to name a school that fired and hired more?

Has there ever been a player in history to score a rushing TD against 13 defenders? I haven't heard mention of that being a record somewhere but it really should be.
