As boring as the game probably.

 

It’s correctable!


Still, I’m predicting a gator win next week.

 

Heard several fans say the word boring tonight.

 

The fans themselves were flat..I was there..not much intensity from the team as well as the fans sitting in the stadium..so "boring" all the way around

 

The fans were waiting for the team to excite them... and the team was waiting for the fans to excite them. Lol...

 

That’s why they should just schedule a real game. If they want a preseason, go ahead but asking this to be a credible game for fans and tv to pay for and players to actually care about is not going to happen. We had a scrimmage yesterday.

 

Perhaps some marketing firm should research this, just in case we are missing something. This is a post COVID era, transfer portal, etc… Lots of folks would look at it. I would.

 

That 2020 all SEC schedule was a blast. Tough... maybe overboard but very exiting every week.

 

And all teams played it so it was fair. It’s not surprising tgat tge sec schedules are tougher and then we beat the undefeated teams in the championships. Iron sharpens iron for a reason.

 

Beating an inferior team can never be much. Fodder to lions is all it is.

I miss the days when we beat inferior teams badly.

 

Those teams were Kentucky, South Carolina, and Vandy. We aren’t there yet.

 

True...we could only get maybe loud 1 time for a false start...while I was happy for the large crowd..no buzz at all..guess the team and crowd couldn't get it going for Charlotte lol

 

It is also hard to get excited for this type of game..no rivalry or dislike for them like ut or fsu etc..they actually brought their band...a very very small contingent of fans...I was lucky enough to sell my other ticket to another Gator fan that really enjoyed the game...

 

First time I think I’ve heard Napier use the word “pissed” or anything of that nature. He’s not happy and hopefully can correct it.

 

That was surprising coming from him. It's the first, even minor vulgarity, I've ever heard him use. He was clearly irked.

 

He did say, it’s “correctable”, several times.
It was a short presser, he clearly didn’t want to be standing up there. First time I’ve seen him tight jawed, a sign of stress and anger. Was actually hoping he was going to channel a bit of inner Biff.

 

Teams need physical and psychological breaks during the year. I'm fine with a couple of games a year like that.

We sure could use one during this upcoming stretch of 7 sec games and fsu.
