A business I worked for hired a girl that had a sexual harassment suit with her previous employer. It took a good six months to build a solid reason to fire her. She was terrible at her job but they were scared to death to fire her.

 

Then he could have a bigger audience if they all brought their wives.

 

Depending upon what their wives are doing on the zoom, that would likely be far more entertaining than just one guy pounding his pud

 

I guess he felt he had everything in hand.

I have been wondering how M State was going to get out of that contract. Now I wonder if A&M are taking lessons.

 

I don’t think they’ve got “cause” to break the contract. To our knowledge Tucker didn’t even touch the woman inappropriately.

 

I’m no expert on Title IX, but why is this even a Title IX issue when the girl isn’t part of MSU?

 

I'm not aware of any federal statutes/rules/mandates/executive orders that didn't get expanded far beyond original intention...lawyers gonna lawyer
