When we are self destructing in every aspect of this game, you have to look at the head coach.
The only thing we have done decently is to see which player looks best wearing the no. 3 jersey.

 

The OL is so so rough. If that doesn't get fixed we are in for a very long year.

The offensive players are struggling sure, but the army of coaches are not holding up their end of the deal. Awful calls, no emotion, and just simply overmatched by the Utah staff.

 

Missing AR. His escapability changed everything.

Mertz is playing like he’s about to get wrecked every snap and it shows.

 

We are sorely missing Kingsly.

Utah is a pretty damn good example. They're tough and physical. Probably equivalent to Kentucky or a little better. So, yeah. There you go.

I see absolutely zero improvement between the Las Vegas Bowl and today. Zero! Zilch! None!


With the amount of roster turnover, it is obviously not the players.

Which means it’s the systems and the coaching.

They obviously did NOT take my advice and run the pushing sled at the end of practice... every practice... till their legs fell off their torso.

It woks but these coaches might not know about how effective it really is.

 

Defense playing ok all things considered.
