Down 24-3, not one play to the endzone.......

 

Like I said... the starting line up will change during the season, and after this game.

 

They didn't get set quickly enough and had to rush the snap

 

They are without key players on both side of the ball and have made plenty of mistakes tonight that we have taken zero advantage of. I agree they are the better team but this is an inexcusable performance in a season opener and this falls squarely on the coaches.

 

Can we all now agree. Our problem is the play calling?

 

So....who we beat this year?

 

This is the worst Florida football has ever looked in my lifetime.

 

I doubt that at this point. I'm barely watching and I've been a fan for 30 years.

I'm beginning to get very concerned about the UAAs ability to hire competent coaches. Muschamp, mcelwain, Mullen, Mike white. Napier seems to just be the same thing for a lot more money.

Even to a layman mcelwain, Napier and Mike white seemed like extremely questionable choices.

Maybe we need to stay away from the letters M and N in coaches names.

 

Thats my point. Pull the money and make him do it. If this is a precursor of the season it can't continue. Year two and we look so unprepared.

Reminder, we scored 3 points in the bowl game. Our last TD was vs FSU.

To be somewhat fair to Napier, I'm pretty sure the 3rd down call was just to get closer for the 4th down try. Why he decided that Dante Zanders is the guy to make the play is beyond me.

 

Zook won 8 games, man. How do you like our chances at that?

I miss Muschamps offense

 

Do we not have any basic fb play to pick up a first down? Everything is motion and mis-direction. Utah is well coached, they ain’t falling for that crap. You would think year 2 we would have some type of identity or toughness.

 

And of course the ball bounces right to them
