Appears after much debate there are some that still believe cloth masks work? Doesn’t say please wear your N95. Just masks. So apparently the cloth gaiter from Bass Pro shop is still considered helpful ? Hard to fathom Atlanta-based Morris Brown College says they are reinstating Covid mask mandates
I mean, that's not the only thing they are doing is it? But I get that its the thing that gets people the most heated for some reason. Without some kind of testing mechanism, I dont see how any of this works though.
Yeah, you were just like a slave wearing a mask at a Denny's if you decided to enter of your own free will, grow up
Commies do enslave their peoples... It's what the Democrats want. It's their "final solution" for We The People. All part of their "fundamental change" that Obama was talking about. With the help of the NWO RINOs of course.
Yeah best I can tell cloth masks are pretty ineffective. They are probably better than nothing but not by a lot. But it’s a private institution they can do what they want. Always interesting how young people seem the most diligent in wearing masks these days. Odd how the people that can use them don’t wear them and the people that don’t do wear them. I don’t wear them but I’m not offended if someone does. Given long Covid still exists I can understand a little bit.
You mean like the people mentioned in this article? While it's almost a year old the numbers are probably unchanged. Some 80% of patients hospitalized with COVID are unvaccinated
I'm curious about the psychology of masks. There's a contingent here who think people wearing masks makes them more careless or think that they're 100% safe. Personally, wearing a mask was a reminder to be more careful, keep my distance, be mindful of anything I touch, etc. In that way, wearing a mask for me was more effective than not wearing one, not necessarily because of the protection, but because it made me more aware.
You have to wear a mask and be vaccinated to attend class at Rutgers. There is just a portion of the population that likes their gross masks and will wear forever.
I wore masks at work because we had to and in public places when it was required. The only time it was ever uncomfortable was at work and there was nothing I could do about that. When the mandate ended, I still wore masks in public places with close quarters mostly to make other people comfortable. I have some mild but chronic upper respiratory issues and cough frequently. No issue with wearing masks in the future if the mandate comes back. It just doesn't seem worth fighting about.
Or for being required for doing the dumbest thing imaginable, covering their faces for a mythical pathogen, on pain of arrest so people like you wouldn’t see people making waves.
