    The documents were posted this week on the website of Axiom Strategies, the company owned by Jeff Roe, the chief strategist of Mr. DeSantis’s super PAC, Never Back Down.

    The New York Times was alerted to the existence of the documents by a person not connected to the DeSantis campaign or the super PAC. After The Times reached out to Never Back Down for comment on Thursday, the group removed from the website a key memo summarizing the suggested strategy for the debate.

    Super PACs are barred by law from strategizing in private with political campaigns. To avoid running afoul of those rules, it is not unusual for the outside groups to post polling documents in the open, albeit in an obscure corner of the internet where insiders know to look.

    Attack the weakest, defend the strong, sounds about right for Ron and conservatives in general. Probably not the best strategy for trying to beat the strong guy though lol.

    Whomever changed their states' voting rules during the 2020 election cycle should be investigated... all the governors of states that changed their voting rules... the end date are guilty of vorter fraud.

    The debate strategy assumes Trump won't be there. But if he is there the strategy will be for DeSantis to literally get on his knees and lick Trump's boots.

    I think at this point the entire Ronda Santis campaign strategy is

    1. Try to stay in the race until(if) Trump is imprisoned
    2. Become the backup choice for Trumpers

    They probably feels he won't beat Trump head to head. But if Trumps legal troubles pull him under there is no reason to antagonize his supporters.
