Still missing from all the indictments...are Stone, Bannon & Flynn. They were all intimately involved in the coup. And they've all already been convicted of felonies and would be in jail right now if they weren't pardoned by the orange kingpin. This tells us they are almost certainly cooperating flippers.
I agree that is likely they have flipped on him. There is also the likelihood they will be named in another set of indictments. I still think there is another shoe to drop on fundraising fraud.
Although it's not beyond the realm of possibility that the Orange One could be elected and end up terminating the legal precedings against himself and his co-conspirators or alternatively pardoning himself and them you could also end up like the former poster who announced that he would be attending Matt Bevin's victory party. Democrat Andy Beshear just unseated Kentucky’s Trump-loving governor
If he gets re-elected, everybody who voted for him will know that's what he's going to do on Day 1. Is there a better way to be exonerated than being re-elected? It still says "by the people " and "of the people", right?
I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you indicating somehow if the people re-elect Trump, that it would be unconstitutional? If so, on what basis? If you're talking about the pardon itself, I think there is some debate as to whether a president can pardon him or herself, but the act of pardoning by a president has long precedent. I personally don't see how the argument can be made that he can't pardon himself when he can obviously pardon anybody he wants to as POTUS.
He's the worst of the worst. Other active and retired military members I've heard speak of him are beyond furious with him. Like head exploding angry that he is a traitor and such a disgrace to the uniform.
Seriously? The Federal government, which has about a 97% conviction rate because they only go for indictments when they know they will win (not can win; will win), went for 2 huge indictments without knowing they have him dead to rights? You think that prosecutors as accomplished as Smith, Willis and Bragg would all be willing to destroy their careers and reputation just for political performative art? You think that FIVE separate grand juries, 60 men and women selected specifically for their impartiality, all decided to indict Trump when the prosecution didn't have a case? Is it more likely that the entire world is lying and Trump is telling the truth....or that a career criminal con man, twice-impeached, 5-time indicted, over 3,000-time sued, over 20-times credibly accused sexual assaulter, court-ruled sexual assaulter, judge-ruled rapist, 6-time bankrupt reality TV show castoff, who we all saw commit dozens of crimes literally on live TV....committed the crimes and is lying about it.
No, the law is not crowdsourced. And if you think the guy who lost by over 7 million votes last time, who lost the popular vote even against the most hated politician in history, and whose every endorsed candidate since 2016 has lost, and who lost the House and Senate under his watch, and all this was BEFORE the country was put on voting DEFCON-1 with the overturning of Roe and BEFORE he was indicted 5 times in 4 jurisdictions AND was ruled a sexual assaulter and then rapist....if you think THIS guy is going to make up 7 million votes in 2024, after he killed such a large % of his voters with covid? Then I hate to inform you that you may actually BE the Kool-Aid Man.
I'm realizing this is never going to end. If Trump goes to prison, that will all be part of Trump's plan. If Trump dies, they won't believe it and Trump will just be in hiding waiting for the moment when all the Democrat groomers and pedophiles get rounded up and he returns to power.
I'm honored that the DNC deems this site so important they have sent you here. Please stick around this time and don't let them assign you elsewhere.
