Biden keeps Space Command in Colorado

It's definitely a heated situation. Tuberville seems really frustrated with Biden's decision regarding the Space Command move. The accusations and claims of political influence are causing quite a stir. Politics can be quite messy and intense, especially when big decisions like this are involved. Let's see how things unfold and if any investigations are carried out. ️

Shouldn't the issue be framed more as does it make sense to move it from its existing location, as opposed to whether Huntsville is a sufficient location or the best place to move it to? I mean Trump admitted that he was just being typically stupid and partisan. That decision deserves no deference. And Tuberville is incredibly stupid and un-American; nothing he says should be given any credibility.

Huntsville Alabama has a great history and may be a great location for the HQ. But there is an existing location. What is the benefit of moving it?

Yep. Biggest drawback to Huntsville is that it is in Alabama

 

Guessing that continuing the collaborations with many of our European partners would become complicated if the Space Command moved to near the Marshall Flight Center, where the United States built a statue to Nazi scientist and former SS member Werner Von Braun.

I don't care what "awakening" Von Braun claims to have personally had and his alleged zeal for racial equality in Alabama, he was still a Nazi and the father of the V2. I am guessing that neither Israel, nor the UK and nor several other Space Command partner nations would be particularly thrilled about working there day in and day out.
