I am NOT researching stats on these players - just wanted to show everybody what's left.

 

Regardless of Vawter , I would go get one to eat some innings if needed.

 

Think it's likely we pick up one.

 

I looked up a few names. A common theme was definitely being buried in the depth chart.
Aiden Sheeren Pitched a total of 7 innings pitched.

Kyra Pittman - pitched early in the season and last appearance was 3/17 this season. Her freshman year appeared in 11 games and 12 total innings pitched

Tatum Clopton- appeared in 6 games. only start was against cal baptist feb 12th. but made a few relief appearances.
Lexandra sosa- didn't appear in games this season for UCLA. It appears she wasn't on the roster this season.

EDIT: Tatum Clopton stats were from 2022. she did not appear in any games this season.

 

She does have a parking spot with her name on it now.

 

Is it possible they’re official visits? I did a quick google search but couldn’t figure out if transfers can take officials or not.

If they’re official visits, they don’t cost the athlete anything and they get wined and dined and treated like royalty for a couple days at each school.

 

If we don’t get Vawter and/or Maxwell you are going to need a lot more than 1

 

Recall when Kendra teased us with "big things are happening in Gainesville"? Well, Ben Chase retweeted. He is the Director of NIL for UF.

 

What did he say???

 

If this is a question about Ben Chase, he didn't say anything. He simply retweeted Kendra's comment. Might mean nothing. Or it might mean he was endorsing her "big things are happening" and that he is involved in those big things through his NIL position.

 

Little bit of hope... one who normally has some inside info said OU is not in Maxwells top 5.

From a solid source:
"I heard Texas, A&M, LSU, Georgia and Florida are the final 5 for Maxwell… She visited OU last week…Supposed to visit LSU, GA and UF in the next 10 days. A&M is close to home."

 

Chris nee.. fsu insider... says nothing has came of the Vawter visit yet and he believes Georgia and Florida were next visits for Vawter and that they weren't progressing much on getting a visit with maxwell. Don't remember if his post was the one about maxwell or someone else said that.

I thought I read softball players report 8/17 & school starts 8/24. Nothing like waiting until the last minute.

 

vawter is going to Japan with Team USA the first week of august. so well should know at least vawter decision before the week is over.
