Why would keep doing what you are doing but stop advertising it be of benefit to pedophiles? Wouldn't they want them to stop what they were doing? I suspect you are talking about Save the Children, who were having big issues with their messaging being hijacked by Qanon people, which sucked up their resources and made it harder to communicate what they were actually doing.
