To be fair, if liberals aren’t willing to make the small sacrifice of a plane flying in the sky taking pictures, they shouldn’t ask conservatives to give up their rights with guns. It is quite clear that neither side is really concerned about crime and safety and instead engage in esoteric ideological battles about “freedom”.
I think there is something else very unique about those wonderfully happy Scandinavian countries. Homogeneity. They are not a melting pot of different cultures, races, religions, etc… think that may have an effect? Or is that what you are wanting to emulate? Are you secretly a white nationalist?
Using that site it looks like the vast majority of immigrants for both Iceland and Norway are Polish. It may surprise you but white people can also immigrate to new countries.

It’s not debatable and it’s very telling. It’s easier to agree on values when you have more in common with your neighbor. You feel a sense of universality.
The inherent cost of freedom is one I’ll gladly pay over the cost of tyranny. Things like free speech, right to bear arms, 4th amendment privacy rights made us into the behemoth that is the United States of America. We would have never happened if it were not for those ideals.
