They're basically the saddest store you could ever walk into. They're literally everywhere now, so their profit margin must be insane.
Six store employees died during armed robberies? At Dollar General? People. If someone sticks a gun in your face and says "Give me all the 1's!" just hand it over and offer a free coupon book.
This is just sad news any ways you look at it. I guess that store isn't hiring the sharpest tools in the shed... no pun intended.
What does this mean though? They have like 200,000 employees. Is 49 a lot of deaths in 9 years? I don't know. I just like context when I see numbers thrown about.

Have to pass this along to my wife. She likes the "dollar " stores. Every time I've gone it looked like a total mess everywhere. Hard pass.
