Other than playoffs, don’t blame players for not wanting to play and risk injury. I will no longer pay thousands for family to attend a Bowl game elsewhere in the country to watch a half hearted effort by players and coaching staff. Maybe a local game in Florida where tickets are $20 bucks before kickoff.

 

Clemson is fixing to be able to claim this, they are building a bucees in Anderson county about 10 minutes from my house.

 

I don’t like sitting out but with that kind of money on the line it’s understandable.

Meh, they have private restrooms and free wifi at the practice softball fields I take my kids to for practice. Only thing they are missing g is a open bar and a view of a tunnel, but it's free.

And also is it really "free wifi" if you're paying 10,000$ a season?

I’m no fan of the guy but props to him for bringing up the elephant in the locker room. The potential for NIL to poison locker rooms isn’t only real, it’s highly likely. And it seems as if Billy Napier is managing this better than most in his recruiting decisions.

 

This is funny any way you slice it, an overpaid, underperforming coach complaining about the corrosive effect of too much money in college football.
