All that matters is what it once was. So he gets no credit for any positive change. I know this is true because thats what the liberal posters said in Vindi's DeSantis/Trump thread here. Good changes dont matter. You are judged for where you once were. So hath decreed the "progressive" contingent.
Trump should run ads talking about Biden's record, with videos like this playing in the background. Don't talk about his physical or mental struggles. Let the videos do that talking while the ad talks about inflation, crime, stalled war in Ukraine, etc...
