South Carolina is an early primary and both he and Nikki Haley will likely be on the ballot. That has to factor into the strategy somehow. Someone smarter than me will figure it out. But I would imagine that it's going to hurt one of the two frontrunners, but I can't figure out which.
Haley is DOA. Scott will be a player. I have no love for him because I’m not a conservative. But he’s sane. He doesn’t shake me to the core.
