Tight end Walter Matthews (6-7, 245, Hiram, GA. High) was on campus over the weekend and enjoyed meeting with the coaching staff. Watched his clips. Strong hands, great blocker. Not quick, kind of lumbers at first but looks to have decent speed once he gets going. He really likes to block, especially on running plays. Saw him push one defender way downfield before finally putting him on his ass.
