I believe nothing that he has to say. Also think it is very strange there is not some conflict of interest with him and his proximity to UM. He is an actual teacher there. Also needs to desperately change his avatar on twitter. No respecting lawyer of any kind would use that. Used Car salesman vibes.
He has to choose between any involvement with UF NIL and his company representing athletes. Otherwise he is not helping the recruits, himself, UF or the legal profession. He and Ruiz need to ditch Twitter. They come off as clowns.
I don't think the Rashada thing is his fault. That said, he likes to downplay his profiting from NIL. Even if he's not representing athletes directly, he is clearly consulted for his knowledge of NIL laws as seen in that JTM site so he is profiting. Nothing wrong with making money, but why downplay it?
I’m not ready to break out the pitchforks yet, simply because we don’t know squat. Passing judgement on him is not good in my opinion and if you’re going to do it, probably best to wait until more ACCURATE info surfaces, if ever. I will say I do not like his ‘connections’ in all of this since I think there may be conflicts of interest. Even if not the case, it’s just not a good look for him or our entity in the case of JR.
