I did a GC search and found a few threads here mentioning him and the job he's doing at Bama. Nothing about him possibly wanting to come back to UF though. He's doing a great job bringing in 5 stars at Bama. Does anyone with informed opinions think he would ever come back to UF and coach? Would Coach Napier have/find a spot for him?
Everyone does a great job bringing in 5 stars at Bama. Even guys that worked here and did nothing. I like him and think he’s done a great job at a few stops, not just Bama. If we’re looking and he’s looking, I don’t see why it couldn’t work out, but don’t think we’re firing anyone to try to steal him from Bama.
We have a great RB coach, why would anyone want to replace him. Jabbar Juluke - Football Coach - Florida Gators
No coach at Alabama since 2007 has had any difficulty pulling in 5-Stars, but when they get to FL they suddenly can't recruit nearly as well....wonder why that is?
I'd rather have Juluke. But if Juluke were to leave then I would want us to get Ja'Juan Seider back from PSU.
muschamp was able to pull in 5 and high 4 but yea, def no where close to the rate that Bama did during that time period
He's a great position coach. Not sold on the idea that every position coach has to be a great recruiter. Then again, Gillespie seems to be great at both. Seider too.
I want Ike Hilliard for Co-OC and to help the WRs and recruit Tampa and Louisiana. We can afford him.
Do people still actually think it’s possible that the coaches name has anything to do with where 5* kids go? I could recruit Jim Brown to Vanderbilt if you give me what it takes to get the job done.
You make the players the offer they can’t refuse. It’s not rocket science. Kirby’s coaching isn’t 65-7, his recruiting is 65-7. Top 5 university? Geez guys.
