I think Schlapp looks like a total perv and there’s something off with his marriage to Mercedes but if some guy grabs my junk I’m punching him in the face and throwing him out of my car. I think your post is the way most men at least think about it as a hypothetical. But this story reminded me of how actor Terry Crews described being groped by a Hollywood executive who he thought could destroy him. Crews didn't respond and was really impacted by what happened, only to talk about it later. Crews is probably quite a bit older than this staffer, definitely more established in his career, and was obviously physically able to take care of himself. That's not to say that every man would respond (or not respond) the way Crews did, but I can also see how that sort of situation would be so jarring as to put someone in a sort of state of shock, particularly when the person is in a position to affect one's life/career.
I’ve had dudes hit on me. Yeah it’s uncomfortable, but if it’s done respectfully no biggie. Does give you a bit of an understanding of what women go through. But someone physically assaulting me would be a whole other story.

You know you raise a good point. A lot of conservative hate hate hate the gays probably because they have suppressed homosexual desires of their own but I have never been hassled by a gay person even in my sweaty Adonis persona at the gym.
I worked in and industry that had a lot of gay people when I was younger. Kinda came with the territory when a lot of us would hang out after work. The trade off in working in an environment like that was that where there are gay men there’s usually lots of women, which there were.
But what is interesting as I think about it, is that no one on this board is openly gay. You have to figure statistically at least a few people here are no? Not that it matters, just something I had never realized.

You ugly. lol. Kidding aside, gay dudes have strong gaydars and most don’t bother hitting on heterosexual men. It’s not only a waste of time, but some beta hetero with something to prove might react poorly. Of course groping is a very different matter. Even more so when the power dynamic is uneven. I’ve been somewhat groped a couple of times by drunk older women, when I was a teen/young adult. They were people I knew and being ‘funny’ but it was definitely uncomfortable. I was also groped by a group of drunk girls making my way into the swamp once. That one I didn’t mind so much.
I had a gay roommate in Gainesville for a semester. I reluctantly agreed to go to the gay club with her after a few drinks. To my surprise, it was a gold mine for meeting women. There were a lot of straight girls, little competition, and a very comfortable environment for them since they didn’t have to deal with a bunch of drunk douchebags trying to pick them up.

When I was in Barcelona, I was genitally groped several times walking down the street by a couple of pretty, young women who were certainly prostitutes from Africa. I didn't engage their services, but I did selfishly make at least one additional trip back and forth for some more groping as I was considering my options.
