Well that was a letdown. At least we moved the ball. We desperately need playmakers. I just don’t see many out there outside of etienne.

HC calls the plays and the second penalty was going to be a delay of game if not false start. No time on clock. Not on line coach for time to run out.

Moral victory I know, but some positives to take from that drive.

Agreed. Rough start today, though. Need to quit with the penalties and get more push in the run game

That wasn’t about p makers. It’s discipline and playcalling.

Got to get Etienne & Johnson loose.

Miller looks good to me. Tight ball, makes reads, patient and looks pretty comfortable considering You guys are in safe hands next year and if someone beats him out you are scary.

Pearsall is extra talented. He's getting open as well as anyone we have played this year.

You can see Etienne is going pass Johnson by start of next season.

How in the world did Herbie get assigned this game? Outside of TNF his bowl game duties are tOsU-Uga, Rose Bowl, and the national championship game.

I hear your frustration, I am too-however the 2 coaches are not out there jumping -I guess it is easy for us to get upset-but we aren't out there-I have never played-can only imagine -lol

The only position that can get open in this offense is the slot. Not a good showing so far.

At minimum Miller looks to be a competent backup. I'm not sure if he has the ceiling to bring this team to a SECCG. But it wouldn't be a disaster. Frankly I'd prefer him over Mertz....

    Although McCall is still #1
    Pratt #2

If Hartman transfers I'd bump him to = with McCall

But other than that I'd probably roll with Miller and just get depth QB pieces.
