Florida football: QB Jack Miller III to start for Gators in 2022 Las Vegas Bowl vs. Oregon State | OnlyGators.com: Florida Gators news, analysis, schedules and scores
Engel is the backup. He led STA to the state championship his senior year. He should be serviceable. EDIT: State Championship Game. They lost. Lol
Refers to being medically cleared to play, due to the injured thumb and subsequent rehab. I'm excited and look forward to seeing him perform!
I was somewhat surprised at some of the criticism of Millers performance in the Spring game on this site. I didn’t feel like it was great, but I didn’t think it was damning either. In fact, I thought he looked pretty good on the first few drives but he didn’t finish the deal in the red zone and as I recall he had a pretty bad int early on. I’m absolutely with 1975 Gator: He just might surprise us. But let’s remember, once again, he won’t have the luxury of working with our best receivers.
But he will be working with the receivers he has been working with all season (sans thumb injury) during practice. Hopefully they have developed a chemistry.
Staying on campus and showing up surprises me. Did Kitna pass him up on the depth chart due to his thumb? How many months did that take to heal? Florida to start ex-Buckeye QB Miller in bowl
