I totally agree with you but legal it’s stop child porn and you can bet the program or school will want that as far away as possible.

it’s not “speculation”… his charges are both “possession“ and “distribution”…

 

It can be as simple as a 17 y/o coed texting him a nude pic and him forwarding it to a friend saying “bro check out this chick” while not deleting the pic from his phone.

It fits all charges.

Like someone else said, just bad judgement.

Anything more than that and you’re talking really bad stuff.

 

Up to 15 years per count for F2. Sexual battery on a child would be first degree or life felony, depending on age.

There is, I believe a difference. Under 18 is child porn. But if 15 or under it is far worse since the minor becomes akin to a baby like a 10 or 12 yr old. Not sure of the legalities, but either way it is bad stuff. He got himself into it and ruined his own life. Porn alters a male's brain physically and becomes as additive as many drugs.

At the risk of rushing to judgement, he needs to be off the team immediately. And good luck to the court system, I hope it finds true justice in this case.

In theory a 17yo having sex with a 19yo is child sex abuse. Which id classify as a huge mistake and a super scummy guy for sharing those photos…. But all signs point to it being a lot worse

 

Imagine how angry and disappointed his family, friends and teammates must be. IMHO, there is no chance that he will not be cut loose ASAP. If we ditched Stokes over the N-word fiasco, we would be insane not to follow suit in this far, far worse situation.

I thought it would be for DUI or something else college students usually get caught doing. This is another level of disgusting.
