Me three. Just bought my ticket yesterday right before they announce the kickoff time. Coming with friends that live in Spring Tx, an 1.5 hour drive normally, so the day will start early for me.

Now being reported that the suspensions, 3 possibly 4 freshmen, were smoking weed in the locker room. Part of the entitled 32 million dollar signing class?

Smoking weed seems so harmless after what he let Jameis get away with in Tally.

Our defense should be the perfect solution to their offensive problems…

A simpler time. Not to hijack, but I don't watch much of the MLB playoffs because all they do is blather endlessly and change camera shots incessantly. Probably because the majority of the audience now has ADD (or the new targets do) and if you don't keep it up, on to another show.

Even if it is a game or two each season, it would be nice to, um, dumb things down and just make it basic. At least for us who remember what it was like.

They think more people will watch our game than vandy/sc and they don't want to steal viewers away from their priority night game bama/lsu.

I know the majority of fans don't really like it and it feels insulting, but that noon kick on espn is usually the 3rd "best" spot for SEC game as far ratings for espn and what determines the slotting, after the 3:30 CBS and ESPNs night kickoff.

    Very winnable game:

it’s my opinion if we win this game we have a very good shot of running the table. What I saw the second half yesterday was very impressive for many different reasons. Looked like a different team but we were also more aggressive defensively.

Do we (Coaches) come out aggressive like we did in the second half?

Do Burney and Dean play like they did against AM? I’m sure opinions could differ for mine but I thought they both gave great effort and played very well overall. We will not see another Bowers and the long play was actually defended well Georgia just caught a break on the bounce.

Will the team be “up” for a noon kickoff against an average team?

Will Toney play aggressive and come after Freshman Weigman like he did more in the second half against Bennett? It’s my opinion if he goes soft bend but not break we lose against AM with Evan Stewart going for about 150 receiving and Achane doing the same rushing. If we go base D and don’t bring pressure we are in our heels and that’s not where we want to be w someone of Achane and Stewart’s caliber. Also just gotta pressure the QB. Especially starting just his second game.

    Thoughts?

Jimbo is not going to play small ball Sat against UF, they will sling it all over the field. His army of analysts will be salivating watching tape of the UF defense. Their new true freshman QB was 25/44 338yds 4 TD 0 INT vs Ole Miss in his first start.

Great points! I'd also like to see the kids come out and play with the attitude they find at halftime from the kick-off. I'm not criticizing them since they've gone through a complete culture change . . . but maybe the light will click on for a few more during this week at practice. Like you said: Very winnable game.

I'll be watching this game from under my covers with one eye peeking out. I need a blankie to shield me from the monsters lurking in the quagmire outside me bloomin door. Please stop the pain!

An away game. Should show up strong. Kids gotta dig deep. We could run the table. Here's to hoping we can do that! Cheers...

Gotta win one for themselves, they could use a win.

    Go Gators. :)
