After a somewhat lackluster first half, tied 10-10, Florida came out strong in the second half and mostly dominated.

AR threw some GREAT passes that were just missed . . . but Pearsall caught the dagger in the 4th for a TD. Some super running by our RBs and especially Montrell Johnson.

The Gator defense looked a lot better today too! So many contributions but Hill was a 1-man show and Ventrell Miller was everywhere.

Great first SEC win for Coach Napier!

This is the way to do a rebuild. It was bad in many ways but good enough for a win. Saw some progress in edge and gap control.

The gashes on 3rd down are egregious, but not long ago we couldn’t even get someone to 3rd and 22.

Loved Jaydon Hill's post-game interview on the field just now. Humble kid that wouldn't stop crediting his teammates for his success and talking about blessed he feels just to be out there on the field.

Love it. Kid absolutely crushed it today.

Consistency still a problem, but signs of improvement. Nice to see some pressure and sacks in the fourth quarter.

QB position is a struggle for us. It's a rebuild year so nice to get a win against a solid team.

Can someone tell me something positive about the plays when Wright is in the game? Is he preventing sacks? Have there been amazing pass plays? Has he made blocks that sprung Richardson for long gains?

Watching AR walking around the field after the game you would not know UF won the game. He just looks lost, like he wants to be anywhere but there. Is it a mental fortitude issue? He’s supposed to be a team leader. Really hope he can find some fire.

To be fair, CBN called a run heavy game. AR wasn't given a lot of opportunity to get into a rhythm in the passing game.

AR may be a rhythm player and needs more opportunities in the passing game.

I think you're reading way too much into his mannerisms.

Good point - progress to force them into 3rd and long but I don't know if I've seen anything like those conversions. Seems like our players are not running to the football. Weird but every victory is gravy this year - nice to have a teaching moment while salting away a W.

Maybe he's frustrated with the vanilla play calling.

He needs a more wide open game plan and I think he'd show a lot more.

He had very little opportunity today to find a rhythm, but I understand CBN wanted the safe win.
