    The company DWAC that is supposed to merge with Trump Media and take on Truth Social won't release it's full earnings report, but has been losing millions of dollars a quarter through July, wants to delay for the merger for over year, is warning that Trump is taking a hit in popularity that could impact his business, and says the SEC probe into the illegal frontrunning of the deal could kill the merger all together ...

    TL/DR version ... it's going about as well as you'd expect any Trump business deal to go....

    The funny thing is Trump probably doesn’t give a shit if this thing lives/dies. He’s already moved on to the next grift. Guy’s probably raised more cash from “the raid” than his stake in Truth social was ever worth. Someone will be scapegoated for the regulatory stuff though.
