Do we have a disc golf team/club? I can start a collective for that… my NIL will primarily be paid out in used discs

I feel your pain. And unlike someone we all know, I actually mean it.

If Barco didn’t get hurt, it is possible this year’s baseball team could have been very special.

I think 2023 will be better than 2022 for baseball. And while getting bounced at home in a regional looks bad on paper, UF was a rain delay away from beating the eventual runner-up. Closer concerns me for baseball but the overall roster is better than 2022 imo.

Yeah, but when you have professional success that allows you to go on vacation to Hawaii, deep sea fish, and have exceptional meals, it does ease the pain…. a lot. I suggest: “The good life for $1,000, Alex”.

I fish more than most and cook better than most too, money is needed but is a bad example for happiness.

I’m sure I would enjoy Hawaii but I’ve never been. Money and crowds have probably been the biggest obstacles. I don’t get to vacation nearly as much as I’d like but I chose Costa Rica over Hawaii twice. I was able stay much longer than if I went to Hawaii. A month the first time and two weeks tge last last . Working on Italy now. Will be a first to not be a fishing or surfing vacation for me. I’m getting older I guess.

My father was such a pleasant person that he became an fsu fan the moment I got my acceptance letter to UF.

My dad and grandfather (his dad) were from Alabama as are my uncle/cousins..my dad did become a Gator when he moved down here..he had season tickets/booster, went to away games, etc..he loved the Gators, but I think deep down, he secretly pulled for Bama except when they played us...my grandfather never did like the Gators..he was so upset when we beat the Joe Naimeth led tide lol...my mom and 3 older brothers were staunch Gators...I was born/raised a Gator, graduated from UF, season ticket/booster..I am also excited/pumped about this year..GREAT TO BE A FLORIDA GATOR!!!

I’ve been a gator fan since Wes Chandler and my little brother is the only UF grad in the family. He’s much younger than I am and I like to think that my gator football fandom had something to do with him going to Gainesville. My parents are season-ticket holders now for the last 15 years or so

You mean RESUME or RESURRECT the Gator wrestling program. It was a victim of Title IX about 40 years ago.

Now you've got me angling for an invite. Few things in the world compare to fresh seafood prepared by a talented cook. Yum, yum.

I realize that we don't have a lot to go on yet at the collegiate level, but I still feel like losing Coppola to injury early last season was also devastating to our pitching staff. He looked the part of a weekend starter before going down.
