29-20 at the half. Aggies are 0-9 from beyond the arc. Turned the ball over at the end of the half - might actually help them in the second half though. I'm still taking the Aggies.....
Final score: 65-50 Vols! Congratulations to Tennessee and much respect to A&M for getting to the finals. GO Gators!

Watched some of championship game when I could. Vols looked good. Played like a team. Probably go far in Tourney.
The only thing I saw against Kentucky was that their PG Chandler had the yips shooting free throws going down the stretch. If a game comes down to hitting FTs and he is the one, it may be the difference. Otherwise, they are a VERY nice looking team. And it would be a travesty if they don't get a #1 seed.
Lunardi was just saying how one of the bubble busters (was it Richmond?) knocked A&M out. If A&M is not in the ncaa tournament, there is something wrong.
Bringing this back. There was a consistent refrain that the SEC was a really good conference this year. I didn't see it.
Was about to start a new thread, thought I'd bring this one back. UGA is a half-game ahead of us in the conference (though we've played one game more.) They are currently losing at Ole Miss, the only winless team in the conference. UK is up 4 at UT which is pretty crazy.
Don't look now, but if UF wins today, we'd be kind-of-fifth in SEC, depending on UGA result. Dang Auburn sure snuck out with a home win against us.
The SEC is a physical conference. Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas A & M, Missouri, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Auburn, Miss ST., Mississippi and even Vanderbilt. This is a tough physical, athletic league. We will be showing out in the NCAA tournament. We need to get there with continued tough defense and team ball!
Man I would have loved to seen us pull out the win vs A&M at home, because they are really playing well and that would have ended up being a quality win.
Well guess what? We get to play them again....a much needed rematch! This time on the road and if we get the win it will be even a bigger quality win. And......I like our odds!
I think A&M has figured it out and I don't like our chances in College Station. But what do I know? Nothing, really. Also top 'o the morning to you!
Lunardi has UK as First Team Out. Kind of ridiculous after winning at UT. But still...it's a glorious day to be alive. Florida is "next four out" on the bubble. Not bad. A&M is last in "First Four Out".
Well, Texas A&M is undefeated no more. Wasn’t sure who to pull for in the game between Texas A&M and Kentucky but still nice to see Texas A&M get knocked down a peg.
