Took over in the second half when it looked like Auburn would pull away and carried the Gators to the win. When he hits shots like he did the second half we are a pretty good team. CC can't do it by himself on the offensive end. We need him or someone to get hot outside to help CC.

Castleton also had a big game with 8 rebounds 3 blocks and 19 pts while Kessler had 3 rebounds and 11 points. Appleby match Smith's scoring and that is why Florida won.

    It was actually 26 points!

Tyree Appleby had one of the best individual performances in Florida basketball history! The Gators beat the #2 team for the third time in their history. But, it was the first time Florida beats a #2 team at home in the O'Dome!

Tyree or Meadowbee whatever, wild performance, but in the second half was money. Everyone who enjoys Gator basketball should buy some of his clothing line/swag this week. Show him we appreciate him!
I will be ordering something tonight, I will go first...

Is he eligible to come back? Hey, don't look at me sideways because last year was a COVID19 year so technically he should be able to come back...I think.

He was huge in that second half. Hit some very difficult shots - which you have to do against a team that good. He also controlled things well in the front court.

I would like to see Appleby come back. Think he will be much improved. He's getting better every game it seems now.

Exactly! Might as well. Him and Duruji honestly. Where are they going? Across seas? We got NIL here now so we can pay them if needed...excuse me..they can make money. Lol

I think Duruji could get a $500,000 contract somewhere so if the question is "would it be financially logical for him to play another year of college basketball?" the answer is probably no

Whereas Appleby will probably have to work his way up in Europe. There are a bunch of guys with his general athletic profile and skillset. He could return.

If Duruji played with Appelby's heart he would be in the NBA next year.

Tyree looked like an NBA player yesterday, but quit making stuff up. He scored 0 and 3 points, respectively, in the immediately preceding 2 games.

I think his ability to shoot has more to do with his pro outlook than his "heart."
