Do not like zone blitzes when defensive linemen are dropped into coverage. Pro teams do not do that very much. UT got first down on a scramble when we dropped Jefferson into coverage and he was too far inside to recover to get to the qb.

 

While that's true, they've been wide open over the middle of the field. CGJ can't give them that much room.

Depends on the DC. Some do it more than you'd think. Gregg Williams is one. I've seen Mike Zimmer do it too.

Just need to not do stuff like that and this game is ours. Sustain drives so our defense.... who are playing their tails off doesn’t get tired.

 

But the 14 points caused by aggressive turnovers from the defense is also a very real thing
