So Chip Kelly signed his name on a deal and you're blaming the UAA for screwing this up due to some mythical "control" they were unwilling to give up?

Without seeing specifically what all this refers to, I suspect the point is that there is a difference between voicing disagreement with a decision or voicing an opinion about policy, or effectiveness, compared to abusive name calling because you are angry/disappointed about something. . The line gets blurred these days, but some of us remember the difference. We're adults not children.

 

You're going to have a hard time convincing me that the most beloved figure in Florida football history wasn't the #1 choice on just about everyone's list. This is hindsight.

Well I was here (old account). You admittedly weren't. It wasn't 100% Meyer but it was far more Meyer than Spurrier.

 

If the contract gives him a period to rescind his acceptance, that can happen.

 

Good Lord Doering is on Finebaum right now talking about how we need to consider bringing back Spurrier ala Snyder at Kansas State.
