BREAKING NEWS: Sources have confirmed that Chip Kelly chose to eat Turkey yesterday over Ham, but that he has a 4-day leftover period where he may choose to eat Ham if he wants.

 

Pretty obvious he's not going to say a word throughout. He wouldn't have commented at all had no one intercepted him in Ocala on the tarmac.

It's the only way to play this given the dynamic of this program, with this hire, at this point. We'll hear from him when he's introducing the new coach. Radio silence lets him set the narrative at the presser. That's the goal.

True, but if he can't be announced as the hbc yet due to a possible clause in his SF contract, hasn't "decided" yet, or whatever reason that UF has not made it official then its a moot point until we have a coach.
And after last nights loss in regards to staying at MSU he said "I plan on it. I'm very happy here, blah blah blah." Feldman reports that MSU is supposedly going to have a contract ext for him. So if that all takes place we can forget the Mullen to UF rumors. Maybe we should ask Tim if he knew that

 

I don’t think this is that big a deal. Kids know who CK is, and what he did at Oregon. If anything, him signing with us late in the game may cause early enrollees committed to other schools to rethink their decisions.

Insiders still positive on Kelly to UF, Trill, can you confirm?

 

At about 1 minute he starts talking football coaches.

That he says Florida hasn’t even offered him anything says to me that he knows quite a bit and he says it’s his personal opinion (Tebow) that he goes to UCLA, and I don’t think he would say anything about not getting an offer if 1) he didn’t know that meaning he knows stuff and 2) he knows he’s going to UCLA or not Florida at least and is trying to save Florida face.

He would rather make it like he made the call. Why would he want to give credit to others.

Mullen is clearly his desire and guys, not for nothing, Mullen might be the guy and also would be the first step towards Timmy coaching at Florida one day.

I’ve never not believed in Timmy and I ain’t starting now. This guy wants what Timmy wants. Whatever is truly in his head and heart is probably the best choice.

 

If not Kelly its gonna be Mullen. To many things pointing that way the last few days.
