I think they're on to us about tracking their planes. Has anyone been watching the Greyhound Bus station?
So if we lose Kelly after all of the hype, we get egg on our face? So who's responsible for the hype? .......if you are going to participate in it you can't complain about it. Some of you guys are unreal.
At this point, I believe Chip is going to UCLA after hearing Tebow on ESPN - Denies that Chip was offered a contract (helping UF save face) - Said he thinks Chip is leaning towards UCLA - Had a top 3 of Kelly, Frost, Mullen (same as me) - Thinks Mullen can be successful fastest because he knows the culture
If we don’t get Kelly, the heat will be unreal on Stricklin for staying so quiet during the last few weeks and letting gator nation believe we had him.
Not necessarily. @tilly made it seem like plan c (Frost was a, kelly is b) is very interesting and not necessarily on people’s radar. With the right fix, he might still earn the fan bases respect.
Guys, Trill stated 2 days ago we would hear nothing more till Sunday or Monday from a positive side from UF. Only vague stories about UCLA. I suspect Monday myself, since the OV's were cancelled, I feel there would be no reason to do that if they have something planned for Sunday. I also suspect if we end up missing out on Chip, they will move back to Frost, and then Taggart is next on the list. I would prefer plan C to be Campbell personally though. Hopefully we won't have to worry about any of that.
If CK chooses UCLA it will be a decision about him and the lifestyle he wants. I suspect SS gets that. Can only control so much. I've seen nothing to indicate that he isn't putting everything into this (including other options if necessary). He looks like a guy who understands the gravity of this moment for the future of Gator Football (and his own legacy as AD). I could be wrong but I doubt Stitch is the type to have been sitting on his ass.
Getting Mullen instead of Kelly is like getting an ‘89 Corolla when you thought you were getting an NSX.
I may be in the minority here, but I think Mullen would kill it at UF. We would have to entirely revamp our offense, but he would be very successful.
