Personally, I think Kelly thinks his crap don't stink and he can play games. No way we send the full crew to NH without the contract complete and the formality of shaking hands and signing. Since that didn't happen, Kelly backed off and probably left our crew dumbfounded. We fired McElwain with the opportunity to get a head start now we may be behind programs with more recent firings. I don't think we managed this all that well. If you propose to a woman and she tells you she'll think about it, I'm not sure you should marry her. We should move on from Kelly.
