Being able to make quick decisions is more important in Kelly's offense than pure running ability... I think Toney will be used as a all around athlete and not a starting quarterback

I don't think he's going to scare anyone with his throwing, so not very likely. I think he could be a superstar in Kelly's system though, handling some of the duties Harvin did back in the day.
