Great post! You're spot on my man, hence why no one knows exactly when the announcement happens. SS wants to keep it all under wraps as much as possible. To your point, with the AD change came a "circle change" if you will. Ppl from the Foley regime aren't as in the know as they would have been, and subsequently there are new ppl a bit more in tune with the SS regime.

Literally no one knows when he'll announce.
